1. How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Shipping within Germany typically takes between 3 and 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
Orders can generally only be changed or canceled within one hour of purchase. After this time, the shipping process will begin, and changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.
